Is it free to try?

Yes. Creating an account is free, and you can take Part 1 of a practice test in each of Listening, Reading and Writing, marked straight away with an estimated band. You do not need a card to start. The full tests, your full band report and AI Writing feedback come with full access.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel from the Billing page in your dashboard. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How close is it to the real computer-delivered IELTS?

The tests follow the computer-delivered format: one-play Listening with timed reading pauses, split-screen Reading passages, and typed Writing with a word count. The aim is that the screen, the timer and the pace already feel familiar on exam day.

Is IELTSimulator official?

No. IELTSimulator is an independent practice platform. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by IELTS, the British Council, IDP or Cambridge University Press & Assessment.

How does the AI Writing feedback work?

After you submit a Writing test, AI reviews your answers against the public IELTS Writing criteria and suggests specific improvements. The estimate is indicative only, never an official band, and we do not promise any particular score.

Is Speaking included?

Not yet. Speaking practice is coming soon. Listening, Reading, Writing and the full mock exam are available today.

Which device should I use?

A laptop or desktop computer with headphones, because that is how the real computer-delivered exam is taken. The site works in any modern browser.
